As a Fortune 1000 Technology company, Paetec required a location that would be fitting of their standing, image and reputation in the market place. Thus, Paetec was very demanding as to the location and quality of the building. Since Paetec was headquartered outside of New York, both their Long Island Regional Sales Director and their CFO at their headquarters had to be satisfied.
To find the perfect building, as their agent, Ross completely covered the market and show them numerous buildings. Ross successfully used his “Make the Market” technique, of selling the company to the landlord, to make them want and negotiate for Paetec as a tenant.
Ross was able to structure a deal for Paetec in one of Long Island’s finest buildings.
