Case Study Highlights

  • Enhanced its work environment with a first class tenant workletter; representing an additional savings of $200,000.
  • The new landlord agreed to give them 11 months rent concession enabling them to negate a potential double rent obligation.  Ross also found a new tenant for their previous location, enabling their landlord to give them an early release.  This represented additional savings of approximately $476,000.
  • Achieved a rental reduction of $3.00 from the new landlord’s original asking price.  This represented another $600,000 for a total savings to the tenant of $1,276,000 over the term of the lease.
